Photo to Cartoon Life with 1 click

In Photoshop with a click of a button you can convert a real life photo into a cartoon.

1. Open the photo in photoshop you wish to convert
2. Click on Filter at the top menu
3. Go down to Artistic
4. Then go to and click on cutout
5. A window will open and you can adjust your settings accordenly

Heres what I got with the follow photo on “default” setting.

There are numerous of things you can do from here. brighten, darken, add a sun glare, lgihts… Below is what I did

1. Go to top menu.
2. Click on Image
3. Click on Adjustments
4. Click on Exposure
5. Find & adjust your setting. I made mine dark as if its late in the evening hours. Click ok to apply when ready.
6. Go back to top menu again.
7. Click on filter
8. Click on render
9. Click on Lens flare
10. Raido check 105mm prime
11. Click on the photo preview box where you want the flare to go. I used mine as head lights.
12. Click Ok. (repeat to add second head light)
